OPTIMA COMPRESSOR OIL 220

Optima Compressor Oil Series, especially in screw compressors, intensive turbulences of the cooling fluid and atmospheric oxygen may ocur during the compression process with high pressures and high temperatures. At discharge temperatures of up to 110 °C, lubricants are exposed to a high oxidation, which accelerates the oil aging. By selecting high quality base oils and highly effective additives, oil aging is prevented and a long and smooth operation is enabled.

Air compressor fluids of the OPTIMA COMPRESSOR OIL series have very good air release properties and a low tendency to foam. All components of the air compressor, e.g. bearings, pistons, valves and gears are protected reliably from wear, also under high pressure and high temperature atmosphere.
